Where will I meet the driver?

When you book with us we will ask you the pickup point address. Our driver will be there in time and he will call or text you before arrival.


Where will I meet the driver when I arrive form overseas ?

We have a specific meet and great point in every airport in London and near by. We will inform you the details about the meeting points with booking confirmation.


Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I booked?

Of course not! You book car will be dedicated to  you only.


What if my inbound flight to London is delayed ?

We know flight can be delayed sometimes and its not none of our control. You should inform us about delay status of the flight. We will be also monitoring the flight status for inbound fights. if you do not inform us we reserve the right to cancel your booking or charge the full booking amount.


Will I be dropped off at my House or Hotel?

We Our driver will drop you the exact location the address you registered as drop off location during booking.


What if I want to go another place then of my drop off place registered during booking?

We are sorry to say the driver may deny your request. We strong suggest you call to the call center and re-book. Fair adjustment may apply.


How many luggage I can take with me?

Number and size of the luggage depends on the fleet you booked. Our booking agent will confirm with you during booking. If you have any question about it, please do not hesitate to call us.


What if I left any thing in the car?

Please call us immediately and inform us details. If we find anything in our cars, we keep it in our lost & found section, please call us for  anytime.
